Many parent/carers are shocked when they actually see how many days/hours are lost through poor attendance. As you can see from the table below, a few days has a significant effect on percentage. Punctuality has a similar effect. If children do not arrive on time, a significant part of the curriculum is missed, reducing the chances of children reaching their potential.

Each week during our special Golden Assembly a class is awarded the attendance award. This award is given to the class that achieves the highest overall attendance for the week. Keep your eyes open for the weekly winners in the school newsletter.
